Michelle

Front Office Manager

I make sure our office runs smoothly from day to day and our patients have a great experience while they’re here. I enjoy working with the entire team to keep the office organized, and maintaining clear communication with our patients. I also enjoy helping to educate patients about insurance, procedures, and prevention. Dr. Deering works so hard to provide a high standard of care and I’m very proud to work with him and the rest of our team. I spend my free time hanging out with my family, taking on new projects, cooking, and relaxing.

Julie

Registered Dental Hygienist

I have worked as a dental hygienist for almost 25 years and use my experience to provide the most gentle, comfortable care possible. I like to think of myself as a personal oral health trainer; creating a hygiene program for each patient and seeing people's health improve makes my job worthwhile. I also enjoy helping patients understand their cosmetic options; there is so much that can be achieved with subtle changes. At home, I have two boys in high school sports that keep me and my husband very busy with booster clubs and fundraising.

Griselda

Registered Dental Assistant

In addition to working with Dr. Deering during dental treatments, I also take X-rays and impressions and make sure our equipment is sterilized and ready for appointments. It is very rewarding to help people take care of their teeth and smile and see the final result, especially during cosmetic procedures. I’m originally from El Salvador but I’ve lived in California for eight years. I like to spend my free time with my family and friends and working out at the gym.
